Due to a cancellation I was able to get a same-day appointment, and an electrician named Caleb arrived within 2 hours of my call. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable in addressing some quirks in my almost-50 year old house. There was no wasted time, no scare-tactic attempts to talk me into unnecessary work, and did I mention tidy??
